Vendor Neutral
Nullcube is strictly vendor neutral. This means that we do not get commissions or sales incentives for any equipment or software that we recommend - and any purchases are passed on to clients at cost.
Nullcube believes that this is a fundamental part of any
consultancy's integrity - we strive to provide our clients with the
best impartial advice possible.
Confidentiality
Nullcube is trusted with some of its clients' most sensitive and business critical information.
We therefore go to exceptional lengths to ensure that client information remains secure. This includes providing guarantees to clients that information will under no circumstances be stored or transmitted unencrypted, and enforcing a strict data retention policy that mandates the destruction of information as soon as it is no longer needed.
Frank and Accurate
Nullcube prides itself on providing frank and accurate advice. We apply sound risk assessment practices to ensure that the broader context of a security situation is factored into our analysis. We will avoid the type of alarmist response to minor or inconsequential security problems that is all too common in our industry.
Conversely, when we do believe that a situation merits immediate attention, we will call a spade a spade - and back our assessment up with meticulous research, all the background information you need to decide on an appropriate response. Where relevant crafted proof-of-concept exploits will be provided to the client.
Earning Trust
At Nullcube, our most important asset is the earned trust of our clients. Providing high quality, pragmatic security is a process of iterative improvement and co-operation, and relies on the trust you place in us to give thorough, timely, and appropriate advice. It is this trust that has seen many of our customers stay with us since Nullcube was founded in 2001.
